A Discovery Session with the CEO and senior leadership team revealed some great gems about the history of their family business.

Brand Strategy

Expertly better! What was clear from the session was Hutchinson’s deep-felt philosophy of doing the right thing for employees, customers and the community. That meant honesty and integrity, and it meant having the right tools, training and infrastructure in place to support excellence.

Creative Development

A clean, bold visual execution was created along with retooled marketing materials designed to be smarter in form and function. One of the greatest opportunities we identified for increasing brand visibility was their service trucks. They are bursting with brand personality!

Brand Adoption

To create excitement internally, we created an employee kick-off with teaser emails, a contest, giveaways and a launch meeting kit. A Momentum Group was formed to identified and aligned all brand touchpoints to deliver on the “Expertly better” positioning. Quarterly marketing campaigns include traditional, digital and social media tactics.
